ChiaCharm Solar Plexus Juice

Ingredients (Serving for 2 people):
4 oranges
10-15 mg of fresh ginger root
5-10 mg of fresh turmeric root
10 mg baobab powder
1 pinch of black pepper. This helps the absorption of the turmeric by the body.
Preparation:
Squeeze the oranges into a juicer in order to extract the juice.
Add the baobab powder in the juice in addition to some slides of Ginger and turmeric and the pepper.

Beetroot, Blueberry, Strawberry, Red grapes and Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:
150g fresh red grapes, washed (can be frozen)
150g fresh bluberry (can be frozen), washed
150g fresh strawberry (can be frozen), washed
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
1 medium beetroot, washed, peeled and cut into peaces of 6 or 8
Optional: 1 tablespoon coconut flour for extra fibre and protein
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a blender as you see above, start with the red grapes. Blend it for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
It can be a bit tricky if you use frozen berries, because they need some liquid to get moving in your blender, for this reason load in the red grapes first and thereafter the rest.
If you have a "pulse mode" on your blender, I recommend using that to get it started. Then, blend consistently until smooth.
Variations:
The berries can be replaced with rasberries, blackberries or cherries and pomegranate
